With the need to evaluate technological advances from both a functional and strategic viewpoint, The European Banking Forum EBF 2010 event will be looking at how Retail Banks can drive revenue through innovative customer solutions, improved operational efficiency and advanced risk management.
Now in it’s 8th year, the event will take place as two separate streams in one destination, London, 18–21 March 2010. While there will be a separate programme for each stream, delegates at EBF 2010 who are interested in customer acquisition & retention and operations, risk & security, will be able to discuss solutions in both areas.
This unique banking event enables senior executives from technology, business development, operations, risk and security departments at leading banks to evaluate and discuss solutions that will help increase customer acquisition and retention, improve operational efficiency and mitigate risk.
EBF 2010 will include a series of private business development meetings between banking delegates and solution providers, a comprehensive conference programme for each stream covering keynote presentations and interactive seminars, as well as the opportunity to network with peers and colleagues from the EMEA Region.
